An amazing 330 people took part in ellenor’s Winter Walk at Shorne Woods Country Park on Sunday 13 December – more than three times the number of people who signed-up for last year’s event. The 5km walk – ramble or run – was an ideal opportunity to grab some fresh air ahead of the hectic Christmas period. Customers travelling through Ebbsfleet Station this Christmas are being given the opportunity to remember a loved one by hanging an ellenor star on the railway station’s stunning new 12 foot Christmas tree. Arriva asks residents to have their say on bus routes

Residents in Dartford and Gravesham are being asked to make their opinions known about recent changes to bus routes in the area. In particular, Arriva is keen to hear what people think about alterations made over the summer to services in and around Northfleet, including the 483 and 480/490. “As our passengers know, a number of changes were made to bus routes around Northfleet and we are keen to know how well they are working for local people,” said Arriva’s marketing director Simon Baxter. New research has revealed Dartford’s most popular experience days. The study is based on just under 500,000 unique searches on www.intotheblue.co.uk from January 2012 to September 2015.
