The café has been open for just over a year and has seen a steady stream of customers.  It is run by volunteers and welcomes everyone.  It is currently open Thursday’s and Friday’s from 10am until 2pm.

The food is excellent and homemade.  With a special every day and favourites such as panini’s, filled jacket potatoes, quiche and soup on offer.  Hot drinks are also available and prices are very reasonable.

Victoria volunteers at the café and is finding the experience very positive.  She said: “The café is a lovely place. There are so many lovely people there which makes it seem like a family and that you belong. I suffer with anxiety and with the help of the café I am slowly overcoming my disorder and improving my life for my future.”
