The centre, which is located in the Kent countryside, opened on 26 October 1999, and has rescued, reunited and rehomed thousands of animals in the two decades since. The open day comes hot on the heels of the launch of Battersea’s new campaign, ‘Rescue Is Our Favourite Breed’, and will give animal lovers an exclusive opportunity to see the work that goes on behind the scenes at the Brands Hatch centre.

“We couldn’t do what we do without the generosity of our kind supporters, so we want to share this milestone with the general public and celebrate all things rescue. We hope to see you there!”

Please note, this event is for humans only. As much as we love seeing your pets, please do not bring them to this event and leave them in a safe place at home.
