Bluewater hosting free Alpro Kids Hero Play Zone this summer

by | Aug 22, 2025 | Bluewater

Bluewater is hosting the ‘Alpro Kids Hero Play Zone’ until September 3rd. The free-to-enter activation, which brings Alpro’s online Hero game to life, is located in the Village Marquee.

Young guests aged 4-11 can take part in a 30-metre inflatable assault course and will receive a hero mask and a sticker as well as a sample of Alpro’s new products.

The event is free to attend, with eight sessions per hour, and up to 10 players able to participate at a time. For those with sensory sensitivities, a designated session will take place daily from 9am-10am on Monday-Saturday, and 10am-11am on Sundays.

James Waugh, Centre Director at Bluewater, commented: “We know that keeping little ones entertained throughout the holidays can be a challenge, so it’s great to offer a free, family-friendly experience for our guests.

“After conquering the Play Zone, guests can explore the centre’s beautiful parkland and lakes on our free Nature Trail or visit one of our many family-friendly eateries to complete a memorable day out at Bluewater this summer.”

Nathalie Vandeweerd, Alpro Senior Brand Manager, added: “Developing the Alpro Kids Hero Play Zone has been an exciting opportunity to show how brand experiences can connect with families in meaningful ways. By bringing the Alpro Hero game into a live, interactive space, we’re helping to introduce the new Alpro Kids range in a way that feels both engaging and memorable.

“At the heart of this activation is the idea of play, adventure, and better-for-you* choices whilst parents can feel good about discovering our delicious new plant-based drinks & alternatives to yoghurt. Perfect for snacking and balanced lunchbox moments ahead of back to school.

“Most importantly, this is big fun for little legs, so What are you waiting for? Join the fun, taste the adventure, and be a Hero this summer.”
