On Saturday 16th July the 2nd Dartford (Christ Church) Rainbow unit held a cake sale to raise money for the National Autistic Society. The girls and parents made cakes at home to bring and sell and we also held a raffle and sweets in a jar competition. All the girls had a fantastic time and we managed to raise £295. We had already run another two events in the past few months which means we managed to raise £445 for the charity! Well done girls! The remaining cakes at the end of the sale were donated to a local children’s hospice.
