Double the fun with YogaBellies this Christmas

by | Dec 16, 2015 | Dartford Charities, Where to go locally

YogaBellies has been established in Kent for nearly two years, offering prenatal yoga classes in Dartford and West Kingsdown (near the Brands Hatch circuit) With new classes launched in January 2015 including baby massage and mum and baby yoga. More than just a yoga class, YogaBellies classes give mums a chance to breathe, bond and relax whilst getting some gentle exercise and meeting other mums in the local area. Making friends and socialising is an important aspect of the YogaBellies family so Christmas poses the perfect opportunity for a get together. This years YogaBellies Christmas party, held at the West Kingsdown Village Hall, not only doubled in attendance from last years party but doubled in it’s fund raising! With over 50 ladies and their beautiful babies YogaBellies raised £200 for the YogaBellies charity of the year ‘The Wellbeing of Women’. Whilst the lovely mums were able to catch up over a hot drink and a slice of cake, some of the older babies enjoyed the soft play equipment supplied by Little Legs Farm. Clair from Flashbang photography attended the party to take pictures of the gorgeous babies and Tracy from singalong baby sign gave a baby signing demonstration. There was a raffle with some great prizes from local businesses and even had a visit from Father Christmas who had presents for all the babies. It’s safe to say that double the fun was had by all!
