Home Instead Dartford Achieves “6-Year Streak” as 5-Star Employer, Backed by Perfect Safety Scores

by | Jan 8, 2026 | Dartford Business

Home Instead Dartford and Bexley has been named a WorkBuzz 5-Star Employer for 2025, marking the company’s sixth consecutive year receiving this prestigious accolade.

While the award recognises employee engagement, this year’s underlying data reveals a remarkable alignment between happy staff and happy clients. The independent survey results, released this week, show that 100% of clients feel safe when a Home Instead Care Professional visits , and 100% describe the team as compassionate and well-mannered.

The 5-Star programme is based on anonymous surveys conducted by independent experts WorkBuzz. The 2025 results highlight a unique workplace culture where 97% of employees say they are proud to work for Home Instead Dartfod & Bexley , and 95% rate the company highly for Diversity and Inclusion.

Christina Uppenkamp, owner of Home Instead Dartford, commented:

“To win this award for six years running is incredible, but I am most proud of the feedback behind the award. When our team says they feel they can be their ‘true self’ at work—which 97% of them did —it translates directly to better care. Happy, supported Care Professionals are the reason 100% of our clients say they would recommend us.”

The survey also highlighted the critical role Home Instead plays in the local health ecosystem, with families specifically noting that the care provided allows their loved ones to remain at home rather than moving to residential facilities.

With demand for high-quality home care rising, Home Instead Dartford & Bexley is actively recruiting compassionate individuals who want to join a 5-star team.
