Stride4Life 2022 is back!
This summer, as we finally emerge from all COVID related restrictions, we are resurrecting
our flagship Stride4Life event, which is set to take place on Sunday 3 July.
The Challenge
Participants will be able to choose one of three walking routes – either the 1 mile Woodgates
Stroll, 2 mile Warwick Walk or 5 mile Darenth Stride – all setting off from behind Darent
Valley Hospital in Dartford and taking in the scenery of Darenth Country Park.
Entry for the 2 and 5 mile routes is just £5 per adult and £4 if you’re planning on doing the 1
mile walk. Children under 18 go free and everyone who completes their chosen walk
receives a Stride4Life medal!
Afterwards participants are invited to get together and enjoy some refreshments on the
green to celebrate the 74th birthday of the NHS as part of the NHS Big Tea 2022
celebrations which is a national initiative.
