sit down and enjoy a full main course – for just the price of a side of frites.

What’s the deal:

*This October, Côte, the home of modern French dining, is giving guests visiting Bluewater Shopping Centre the chance to enjoy its signature Steak Frites main course for just £3.95 – the price of a side of frites.

*Running from Monday 10 to Thursday 13 October, the restaurant will make 30 expertly grilled steaks available each day, between 12-3pm.

*The offer is available on a first-come-first-served basis only, for walk-in customers who say the magic words “Steak Free-t” to the waiter when they are seated.

Côte’s ‘Steak Free-t’ offer is taking place throughout National Work Life Week. This annual campaign aims to highlight work-life balance and get employers and employees talking about wellbeing at work.

Recent research shows that over a third (36%) of UK workers skip lunch breaks. Côte’s ‘Steak Free-t’ deal presents the perfect opportunity to reclaim your lunch break and spend some much-needed quality time with colleagues and friends.

Walk-in diners will get the chance to taste the Côte classic that still consistently tops the menu after 15 years. A firm favourite with guests, each minute steak is topped with rich garlic butter and served with golden frites. Côte is dedicated to sourcing the best quality beef, and each steak is individually selected and matured in the in-house butchery – with every piece cut, trimmed and prepared in-house.

To claim their Steak Frites for just £3.95, the price of a side of frites, diners simply need to state a secret phrase on arrival, securing the deal for them and a table of up to four people. The first 30 guests each day who say the phrase “Steak Free-t” to the Côte team will be able to enjoy the special offer.

Alongside the ‘Steak Free-t’, diners can also sample Côte’s range of delicious French favourites made with the best seasonal ingredients. With classics like Crispy Confit Duck Salad, Celeriac Fricassée, and the stunning hand-prepared Côte de Boeuf, the A La Carte menu is a true food-lover’s treat. Meanwhile, offering two courses for £14.95 and three for £18.95[1], the Prix Fixe is an especially good solution for diners looking for mid-week indulgence while keeping an eye on spending.
