CALLING ALL BANDS
Some fifty odd ago, two Dartford lads named Mick and Keith got together and formed a little known band called The Rolling Stones.
In 2016, YOUR band could be next in line to making your first steps to rock history.
For the first time, Dartford Borough Council alongside The Royal Victoria & Bull Hotel are offering the opportunity for the musical talent of Dartford to battle it out for a slot on the Main Stage at this year’s festival.
Four bands will be chosen from the heats, to be held at The Royal Victoria & Bull, by a panel of judges, to feature on the main stage of the Festival on the 16th and 17th July.
Initial heats will be held on Thursdays 9th & 16th June starting at 8pm.
If your band has what it takes to enter Dartford’s rock and roll hall of fame, get your applications in by Tuesday 31st May for the chance to play live on the main stage at Dartford Festival to an audience of up to 15,000 people. Send tracks/links along with a brief biog to bob@fullevent.co.uk
