Budding young Attenboroughs won’t miss out on the planned teacher’s strike days on the 2nd, 15th and 16th March 2023. Young conservationists can visit Howletts free of charge and learn how we are protecting endangered animals and returning them to the wild.
Children aged 0-15 years will be admitted free on the dates listed above. Due to the nature of the park and health and safety limitations a maximum of three children per adult is encouraged.
To book visit https://www.aspinallfoundation.org/howletts/ and enter code STRIKE, alternatively if you are purchasing tickets on arrival, please quote STRIKE at the ticket office.
Howletts is home to more than 390 animals, including Kent’s only giant anteaters, the largest herd of African elephants in the UK, and more gorillas, leopards and monkeys than any zoo in the county. Visitors can learn more about our animals by joining our daily keeper talks and even enhance their experience by booking an animal encounter, prices for which start from £15 per person.
