Liquid-Nitrogen Ice Cream Arrives in Kent as Four Winters Comes to Bluewater

Four Winters’ official grand opening is on Saturday April 7th at 12PM, in the Winter Garden at Bluewater

The ice cream and pudding pioneers at Four Winters are bringing the magic of liquid nitrogen ice cream to Kent for the first time, unveiling their newest parlour at Bluewater shopping centre on Saturday 7th April. Sweet-toothed Bluewater shoppers will be able to indulge in delicious made-to-order ice cream, as well as Molten Puddings, hot drinks and shakes.

To celebrate the arrival at Bluewater, Four Winters’ chefs have created a special Garden of England ice cream, inspired by Kent’s charming countryside, and available for a limited time only at Bluewater. The first 50 customers will receive at Four Winters’ grand opening (Saturday 7th April from 12PM) a FREE Garden of England serve, which features beautiful fresh edible flowers, crushed lotus biscuits and a touch of black pepper, laid over a delicious sweet cream base blended with floral blueberries.

Four Winters’ ice cream is made to order using liquid nitrogen, flash freezing the liquid base in front of your eyes and creating a super smooth, superior serve. The new Spring ice cream serves ooze with spring flavours and luscious ingredients, including Lavender Honey, Strawberry Cheesecake, Marshmallow Passion and Rose Lokum.

Plus, also available, Four Winters’ Molten Puddings range is inspired by comforting British dessert favourites such as Fudge Brownie and Lotus, created by condensing, rather than freezing, the delicious cream bases usually found in Four Winters’ ice cream. This creates a mouthwatering pudding that is paired with luscious cakes, sauces and toppings.
