Set within 120 acres of beautiful Kent countryside, Lullingstone Castle is one of England’s oldest family estates, dating back to the time of Domesday. An historic family mansion frequented by Henry VIII and Queen Anne. It is also home to the UK’s first ever ‘World Garden of Plants’, containing some 8,000 plant species, cultivars and hybrids planted in their respective countries of origin, the vision of modern-day plant hunter Tom Hart Dyke.

There will be ‘living history’ displays including live firing of cannons and mock battles, as well as character dress, tents and medieval weapons, courtesy of the remarkable Woodvilles medieval re-enactment group.

car show

Lullingstone is delighted to host the 3rd annual PATINA Classic Car Show, showcasing beloved unrestored classic and vintage cars. It is a festival for the unpresentable cars we love and drive regularly. This show is for the beautifully preserved cars that have never been restored, as well as regularly used classics that ooze with patina and character.

Mexican Celebration Weekend – ‘Cactus at the Castle’ – 14th & 15th September – 11am – 5pm
