Outdoor cinema returns to Dartford’s Central Park

After a year away due to Covid-19, Dartford Borough Council’s hugely successful Outdoor Cinema event is set to return to Central Park next month, with five great films on show.

Audiences can enjoy a world of ‘Pure Imagination’ as 1971’s Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory starts this year’s event on August 17th.

Roaring onto the screen on August 18th is the 2019 adaptation of The Lion King, followed by Back to the Future on August 24th.

On August 25th audiences can enjoy Sunshine on Leith, while Nine To Five is playing on August 31st.

Provided by Dartford Borough Council, tickets go on sale at 10am Friday 30th July and are FREE for Dartford residents via www.dartford.gov.uk/events.

Tickets are expected to be snapped up quickly, after tickets for Central Park’s Outdoor Theatre event sold out in less than 24 hours earlier this month.

After such a difficult period for everyone, we can’t wait to welcome you back for Cinema in the Park this Summer!
