Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve This Easter

by | Mar 27, 2024 | What's On?

The first signs of Spring have arrived at Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve. As the days get longer, Easter is the perfect time to meet some of the park’s new arrivals.

Swing by the new Critically Endangered Sumatran orangutans, Hadjah and Malou, or why not seek out the Reserve’s most recent additions: the South American maned wolves, Pablo and Snoop and Levis, the new Northern lynx.

The recent baby boom at Port Lympne means lots of adorable young animals to see. Head to the Wallaby Walk through to spot the new joey baby peeking out of its pouch, or meet the tiny baby Javan gibbon, Sunda and baby De Brazza monkey, Bello. Don’t forget to take a trip to the Palace of the Apes to spot the youngest of the gorilla family: baby Kafele.

Book your seats on the free truck safari taking in the African and Asian Experiences, where you will explore our unique Kentish savannah, which is home to host a magnificent array of wild animals roaming free. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the thrill of a true African safari experience right here in the heart of England.

Also new for Easter is the introduction of the Orangutan Encounter and Meet the Great Apes Encounter. Get up close and personal to these magnificent creatures for a real behind the scenes experience.

Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve is open every day from 9.30am – 6pm, adults admission tickets cost £32, children £28 (0 – 3 year olds go FREE), or why not purchase an annual family pass from £195 so you can visit Hadjah and Malou, Pablo and Snoop and all the other new arrivals as many times are you like for 12 months and follow their progress. The annual pass also gives free access to the sister park, Howletts Wild Animal Park in Canterbury.

Bring your family to meet our new family additions this Easter.
