Once upon a time, you had to wear a blue badge to work at Dartford Police Station, the old building is currently being transformed into a space for entrepreneurs and small businesses to grow and thrive.

Now, all you need is an idea and a desire to make it work. The Hill Hub by Rehoboth Property International is currently under development to offer co-working space, private offices, meeting rooms and the public Justice Café.

Once completed in October the development will transform the space where dreams and aspirations were previously detained; into a hub for local small businesses and entrepreneurs to dream big and succeed. The Hill Hub not only offers workspace but also business mentoring, workshops, and investment opportunities.

From freelancers seeking a supportive community, to ambitious companies looking to build upon their success, The Hill Hub offers a vibrant workspace bursting with ideas and opportunities to expand their networks.

Simon Ryan, Investment Director at Locate in Kent, commented: “It is great to see further investment in Dartford, and a focus on creating a collaborative co-working hub for businesses, entrepreneurs, start-ups and the local community”.

“The plans for The Hill Hub will breathe new life into the former magistrate’s court building, and will provide affordable modern co-working spaces, business mentoring, workshops and investment opportunities, to further support businesses as they plan for a successful future.”

Rehoboth Property Intl CEO, Sanmi Adegoke said: “We are ecstatic to offer this exciting opportunity to the Dartford community. We are delighted to be breathing new life into such an iconic property. It is our passion to bring opportunities and inspire dreams for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

We are particularly excited about delivering this opportunity in Dartford at a time where the town is undergoing many projects including the construction of two major residential sites.

The Hill Hub combines a supportive environment with a desire to see our clients succeed. With superb spaces and facilities, it’s the place to take your business to the next level.”
