We Are Beams is excited to invite the community to celebrate a very special milestone as the much loved fundraising event Messy Dash returns, marking 30 years of Beams supporting disabled children and their families.

Taking place on Sunday 5th July at Dartford Central Park, this vibrant and family friendly event promises colour, laughter and unforgettable fun.

Open to all ages and abilities, the 2.5km fully wheelchair accessible course invites participants to walk or jog their way through a series of exciting colour stations filled with slime, water, powder paint and plenty of unexpected surprises.

To celebrate the charity’s 30th anniversary in style, this year’s Messy Dash will be bigger, better and messier than ever, with every child receiving a special souvenir 30th medal.

Emma Cox, Beams Marketing and Event Manager is excited for this year’s event

Messy Dash is more than just a fun day out, it’s a celebration of the impact we have made together over the last 30 years. Every splash, every laugh and every step taken helps us continue providing vital support to local children with disabilities and their families.”

All proceeds from the event will support Beams essential services, including Family Advice, Respite Care and Summer Play Schemes, helping children with even the most complex disabilities thrive and reach their full potential.

So come along, get messy and help us celebrate 30 colourful years of Beams!

Kindly sponsored by Magrock, Dartford Borough Council and Dartford Living
