We Are Beams is calling for brave fundraisers to take part in an adventure challenge to raise funds to support local disabled children and their families. The Fire Walk event is sponsored by Taylor Wimpey and the money raised will go towards supporting over 450 families that access the services run by the charity.
This once in a life time opportunity of walking 20 feet over hot coals at 1000-degree Fahrenheit takes place on Saturday 13th March at the Princes Park Stadium, Dartford.
The event will be hosted by UK Firewalk one of the UK ‘s leading firewalking companies. The walkers will be trained by Scott Bell (Twice Guinness World Record holder for the greatest distance walked on fire) before taking on the challenge.
Caroline Brinkman, Income and Generation Lead for We Are Beams, says “The fire walk is an fantastic event to not only raise money for Beams but also taking part will be an excellent way to show others that we can overcome our fears or limitations and put our minds to something if we try”
Join us for a memorable evening; why not bring your friends along or perhaps get a team together to take part!
